Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026. By engaging Get Digitally for services, you agree to these terms.

Services: We provide digital marketing, website development, AI automation, and related services as defined in individual service agreements (SOWs). SOWs take precedence over these general terms.

Payment: Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Net-14 payment terms apply. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month.

Intellectual property: Work product created for you becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality: We treat all client data as confidential. NDAs are available on request and signed before any sensitive information is shared.

Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Work completed to that point is invoiced and payable.

Limitation of liability: Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
