FlowerAura
FlowerAura was running fragmented Shopping campaigns with no feed optimisation and a blended ROAS of 1.2×. Paid media spend was climbing while margin compressed — the team had no visibility into which SKUs were actually profitable at the campaign level.
We rebuilt the Google Shopping architecture from the ground up — segmenting by margin tier, implementing a custom feed with real-time inventory signals, and layering Performance Max on top with audience signals derived from CRM data. Budget was redeployed toward high-margin gifting occasions.
Bakingo
Bakingo's Meta and Google accounts were siloed with no shared audience intelligence. Peak-season scaling was costing 2.5× more per order as campaigns competed against each other, and creative fatigue was setting in within 72 hours of launch.
We unified the data layer — building a custom conversion API and shared audience segments across Meta and Google. A rapid creative testing framework produced 40+ ad variants per cycle. Google Search was restructured around high-intent purchase queries with separate budgets for repeat vs. new customers.
IndustryBuying
IndustryBuying had a 10M+ SKU catalogue with virtually no organic presence — 1,000 keywords ranked, all long-tail. Email was running batch-and-blast with near-zero revenue attribution. The buying committee complexity made standard paid approaches ineffective.
We built a programmatic SEO engine generating category, sub-category, and SKU-level pages at scale — structured for both traditional and AI search. Simultaneously, we rebuilt the CRM with purchase-intent segments and automated lifecycle flows delivering product recommendations based on category browsing and purchase history.
Thrillophilia
Thrillophilia's revenue was violently seasonal — 70% compressed into 4 months. Off-season CAC was ₹2,100 because campaigns were running peak-season audiences against no-intent traffic. LTV was low at ₹3,200 because there was no post-booking lifecycle programme.
We built a full-year audience architecture using Display and Pmax with seasonality-aware bidding strategies. The CRM was rebuilt with a post-trip nurture sequence designed to move one-time bookers into repeat customers — featuring personalised destination recommendations and early-bird pricing windows for off-season travel.
Home Credit
Home Credit was paying ₹1,840 per lead in a regulated space where lead quality varied wildly. The disbursal rate from digital leads was only 18% — meaning 82% of media spend was funding leads that never converted. CRM and paid media operated entirely separately.
We built an intent-layer targeting system that filtered out low-quality leads at the ad level using propensity signals from the CRM. Keyword sculpting, audience exclusion lists, and lead quality scoring were integrated directly into Smart Bidding. CRM and paid media were connected via offline conversion import, closing the attribution loop.
GEOX India
GEOX India had only 8% organic traffic share — almost entirely paid-dependent in a high-CPM fashion vertical. The brand had near-zero AI search presence despite being a premium European footwear brand. Paid spend was consuming 61% of gross margin.
We executed a combined SEO + GEO strategy: rebuilding on-page architecture for traditional search while simultaneously optimising for AI-generative answer inclusion. This included entity-based content, structured data for product and brand schemas, and citation-building campaigns placing GEOX in AI search results for premium footwear queries.
Richies Laundry UAE
Richies had no digital acquisition beyond a basic website with no SEO and no online booking. All orders came from walk-ins and WhatsApp referrals. Competitors in Dubai were running aggressive Google and Meta campaigns targeting premium residential areas — Richies was invisible.
Built a new conversion-focused website with service pages, transparent pricing, and an online booking flow. Launched Google Local Service Ads targeting premium Dubai residential areas, and a Meta campaign featuring before/after content from real customer orders. Automated review collection on Google Maps drove ratings from 3.9★ to 4.8★.
Kundalibaba
Kundalibaba was getting 200K organic visits/month with thin content spread across low-intent queries. Kundli generation pages were unindexed due to rendering issues. The site had no topical authority cluster, so high-intent astrology queries were dominated by competitors. Premium consultation revenue was 8% of potential.
Built a topical authority architecture around Vedic astrology, kundli, horoscope, and numerology clusters. Fixed rendering and indexing for all tool pages. Created regional content for Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati audiences. Rebuilt internal linking across 800+ pages. Optimised for featured snippet capture on 60+ high-volume queries.
Awake Solar
Awake Solar was generating leads at ₹3,200 CPL through a generic landing page that explained features, not ROI. The sales team was spending 4–6 hours per proposal, limiting conversion capacity. 72% of leads dropped before requesting a site visit because they couldn't visualise their savings.
Built ROI-focused landing pages that led with payback period and government subsidy amounts — segmented for commercial vs. residential visitors. Integrated an interactive ROI calculator generating personalised savings estimates. Restructured Google Ads around high-intent queries (solar subsidy, solar calculator, net metering). AI-powered proposal templates cut proposal time to 45 minutes.
Toolhaat.com
Toolhaat had 50,000+ SKUs but only 3,000 product pages indexed with quality content. Google Shopping ran without bid segmentation or feed optimisation. Repeat buyer rate was 18% despite strong product selection — because there was no lifecycle programme and re-order friction was high.
Built a programmatic SEO engine generating optimised category and product pages at scale. Restructured Google Shopping with margin-aware bidding and custom labels for inventory prioritisation. Built a lifecycle email programme with re-order reminders, bulk order incentives, and account-based nurture sequences for high-value buyers.
Shaadi Emporio
Shaadi Emporio was getting walk-in traffic but had no digital acquisition. Instagram was posting 3× per week with no paid amplification and no conversion path. WhatsApp enquiries were untracked and unanswered for 12+ hours. No appointment booking system existed — interested buyers called and hoped someone picked up.
Built an Instagram content strategy amplified with Meta Ads targeting engaged couples in Delhi NCR by interest and life-event signals. Created a WhatsApp Business automation flow that captured leads, qualified them with 3 questions, and offered appointment slots — cutting response time from 12 hours to under 15 minutes. Integrated Meta Lead Ads directly into the booking flow.
DPS Sirsa
DPS Sirsa's admission cycle relied on word-of-mouth and newspaper inserts. The website had no clear admissions CTA. Google presence was minimal — the school didn't appear in the top 5 results for 'best school in Sirsa.' Enquiry forms went to an unmonitored inbox and were answered days later.
Rebuilt the admissions landing page with curriculum highlights, faculty profiles, and a prominent enquiry form connected to a CRM with instant WhatsApp notification. Launched Google Search Ads for school-related queries across Sirsa and surrounding districts. Optimised Google Business Profile with photos, ratings, and Q&A. Facebook campaigns targeted local parents with school-year event content.
Amritsari Express
Amritsari Express had loyal dine-in regulars but negligible online delivery presence. Zomato and Swiggy listings were incomplete with low-quality photos and no keyword optimisation. Instagram had 800 followers with no engagement strategy. Online orders were less than 12% of revenue despite operating in delivery-first neighbourhoods.
Optimised all delivery platform listings with professional food photography, menu restructuring for high-margin item visibility, and keyword-driven descriptions. Launched Instagram Reels strategy showcasing food prep and plating. Set up Google Business Profile with weekly posts and review management. Ran targeted Meta Ads for 5km delivery radius during peak ordering windows.
redheart.in
redheart.in launched with a strong product range but no acquisition strategy. The website was live but converting at 0.8% — well below the gifting vertical average of 2.4%. Meta Ads were run by the founder with no structure or creative testing. No Google Shopping presence and a 74% cart abandonment rate.
Rebuilt homepage and collection pages for conversion — adding occasion-based filters, delivery date guarantees, and gifting bundle recommendations. Set up Google Shopping with occasion-based custom labels (birthday, anniversary, corporate). Rebuilt Meta Ads with lifecycle-based creative targeting different buying moments. Implemented cart abandonment email and WhatsApp sequences.
aapkabiodata.com
aapkabiodata.com entered a dominated category where DR70+ competitors owned every key page 1 position. Category keywords like "marriage biodata format" had millions of monthly searches but zero room for a new entrant using standard playbooks. Paid CAC was unsustainable for a freemium SaaS.
Built a programmatic SEO strategy targeting 600+ long-tail biodata format variations — regional, religious, professional, and occasion-specific. Every page was built for featured snippet capture with FAQ schema and structured content. Google Ads were limited to high-intent bottom-of-funnel queries. AI-powered template generation became the conversion anchor that kept users on-site.
calculatorpro.store
calculatorpro.store needed to rank for high-volume financial and utility calculator queries without a brand advantage. Competing tools had Lighthouse scores of 55–70, Core Web Vitals failures, and no structured data — a technical SEO gap large enough to exploit. The challenge was building a programmatic content architecture that performed at 200+ pages simultaneously.
Built the platform on Next.js with edge deployment achieving sub-100ms TTFB globally. Each of 200+ calculator types was generated as a discrete page with schema markup for rich results. Internal linking was architected around calculator clusters. Performance was protected by Lighthouse CI on every deployment — 98+ was the floor, not the target.
Promptmasterclass.in
Promptmasterclass.in had a strong course offering but a landing page converting at 4% — far below the 15–25% benchmark for digital courses. Course discovery was entirely word-of-mouth. There was no structured lead capture, no nurture sequence, and no paid acquisition — just organic traffic arriving at a page that explained what the course was, but didn't sell why to buy it now.
Redesigned the landing page with outcome-led value proposition, student proof above the fold, and a 3-step enrollment flow. Built a lead magnet funnel — free prompt guide → 5-email sequence → course offer. Set up Google Ads targeting AI skill-building queries with landing-page-specific ad groups and negative keyword sculpting.
